User reservation fees are as follows:
Full day reservation: $150.00
Half day reservation: $75.00
Deposit for any reservation: $150.00
The Dennison Lodge closes at 10 p.m. The event and all clean up must be done promptly at 10 p.m.
To hold the rental, 50% of the rental fee must be paid up front. The full rental fee and deposit must be paid no later than two weeks before the date of the rental. If you need to cancel your event, it must be done one month before the rental date or the hold fee will be not be refunded. Fees are subject to change.
Your deposit (via CC) will be returned within one week of the end of the event. Your deposit via check will be returned within two weeks of the end of the event.
The Fremont County Dubois Museum reserves the right to determine appropriate use of the facilities and refuse rental.
The museum may have a staff person present to monitor the event.
The backyard stage is included with the rental.
